France and Francophilia...

So my husband and I just got back from our trip to France and I thought I'd share some of our photos with you all.  We love to travel and always try to compose our trips of a healthy combination of sightseeing, art, interaction with locals, creative photography and one cool thing we each want to do.  This time around, Victor chose to attend a soccer game at the Parc des Princes stadium where Paris Saint-Germain was playing. What an experience! So much fun and such good energy!
As for me, I chose to take a French pastry class. I took a macaron intensive technical class in which we learned the ins and outs of this tricky French treat. We learned six techniques from the meringue, to the macaron cookie, to the fillings. It was truly fascinating!

Those of you who know me know how much of a Francophile I am. Paris, more specifically, symbolizes everything that I love: art, history, architecture, culture, a beautiful language and delicious food! Not to mention a plethora of opportunity for creative photography. I have come back refreshed and inspired. Below you'll find images of every aspect of our trip, who we are and what we like. From touristy things, to street photography, to our own personal silly behavior. We are total dorks and it tends to come out in public. Even in fancy foreign countries.
