The first time I ever met Alise was to do her makeup for her high school's winter formal dance. It is so crazy to me that she is now married and expecting her first child! Where does time go?! I love working with Alise and Ryan because they are so easy going and trust me to get the right stuff. We even included Mom in some of the shots! They are up for anything and always look effortlessly gorgeous no matter what. I am so excited to meet their little bundle of joy, Eva, when she arrives next month!The Look:
I also did Alise's makeup for this shoot. I went heavier on the eye using browns, a peach and a mauve, with a satin vanilla on the inner lids. I lined the top lid with a black cream liner and the lower lash line with Costa Riche by MAC to really make those blues pop. I used Ardell's fun Wispies lashes for a little flirty drama. For the lips I mixed a custom lip color with rose, brown and nude lip colors and finished it off with a bronzie gloss. Her face was contoured with Anastasia's contour kit and bronzed with MAC's Matte Bronze. I made her blush with MAC's Peaches. I finished off the whole look with Urban Decay's All-Nighter Setting Spray.
