OMG. Soooo much has happened since my last "personal" post. No, like... A LOT. Like I don't even know where to start, it's been forever.
But basically, since my last personal blog post I've:
- Hit an all-time emotional low
- Mourned my health away
- Went on a reality show (yes, really. 🙈)
- Embarrassed myself on national television
- Lost 50 lbs
- Found myself
- Became health/wellness/fitness obsessed
- Became a better version of myself
- Came back stronger than ever
