Diona and Rob are such a cool couple! We instantly fell in love with their chemistry and laid back personalities. Diona and Rob are fun, easy going and stylish. We had a really good time photographing this duo in downtown Los Angeles for their engagement session a few weeks ago. This pair of New Yorkers are such a down-to-earth, put together and flat out awesome team.

Engagement sessions are the perfect pause from the wedding planning madness. They allow the couple to have a little down time together just enjoying each other's company, being silly and capturing their love and personalities on camera. Most importantly, it is the perfect way to get to know and bond with the photographer. It's the dress rehearsal before their big day so that both the couple and photographer know what to expect. We will be documenting Diona and Rob's wedding this upcoming weekend in Hollywood and I am so excited for what is sure to be a fabulous day!

Karina + Gustavo | Orange County Engagement Photography

I have been meaning to share this fun engagement session for a while now. It was such a pleasure spending an evening with Karina and Gustavo. They are so deeply in love with one another and they were so easy going. I really enjoy getting to hear the love stories that couples share with me. Especially when they start off a little shy and slowly open up. That's theeee best! I feel like I am in some way disarming and, dare I say, comforting! Gustavo, for instance was super quiet at first, but by the end of our session he was very much  engaged (pun intended). He jumped in and shared why he fell in love with Karina and how they were very good friends, but one day he woke up and said "I need to marry that woman". Eeeeeek! I love this stuff!
