Dana + Jason | Burbank Wedding Photography

It has been a minute since I sat down and blogged. I am so far behind, I am dying to show off all the awesome sessions and weddings we've covered this year, we've stayed busy! I wanted to make sure to get Dana and Jason on here asap since we covered their wedding back in February. It was such a treat working with these two love birds. Dana is sweet and soft, Jason a bad boy. They are a classic match in every way.  The sexy chemistry between the two is undeniable. I love when the groom can bring out every emotion in the bride. I like to see the laughs, the tears, the eye rolls... everything! Emotion is what I live for.



I hung out with Dana and the bridesmaids during prep, while Victor hung with Jason and the guys. It's cool to see what both sides were up to at the same time. We then all set up for their "first look". I know I've said it before but, I cannot get enough of first looks! Sometimes couples think this will take away from the "aisle moment" when the bride walks in, but as you will soon see, it does not! We watched and captured their first look, followed by what would be their only time "alone" before all the celebrating and entertaining began. We got formal portraits done ahead of time which really gave them time to take advantage of their time with us (which I loooove!).

Aside from capturing the love and dynamic between Dana and Jason, we had fun capturing guests having a good time. What a compliment to any host that their guests would enjoy their event! It was our first time working at The Castaway in Burbank and we couldn't get over the view! We are so glad Dana and Jason trusted us with the most important day of their lives. I hope they loved these as much as we did! <3
